A Brief History
The company was established by Erika Kapp & Courtnall Machanick in 2003. Initially, the company serviced the residential market in the northern suburbs of Gauteng, marketing exclusive, high value properties to investors, corporates and other wealthy individuals. During the course of 2006, due to emerging market trends, the company shifted focus from the sale of private residences to marketing new property developments. This shift brought with it a new paradigm of executing business transactions, transforming the company into an on-line business. Moving from strength to strength, the company has built a name in the property industry and supports property developers throughout South Africa with their sales and marketing initiatives.
Community Outreach
Chilli Property endavours to employ the homeless whenever possible. We provide work for those who nobody else will employ. If you see a pamphlet distributor in a red uniform with a yellow cap, you have identified a member of our staff. Please support them by greeting them kindly and collecting one of the pamphlets they distribute.

The Sparrows (2009)
The Sparrows is a new property development in Pretorius street, Vorna Valley which we sold off plan. The development consists of 22 sectional title stack apartments. We sold all the units with bond approvals in place over a period of 3 months.
The Starlings (2010)
The Starlings is an 80 unit sectional title development in 11th road, ERand (Midrand). We started marketing this development in January 2010 and sold out in June 2010! An achievement for recessionary times.
