Telford Court (2006)
Telford Court is a sectional title property development in North Riding, Randburg. Some time after completion, we assisted the developer to sell all the remaining units in the development.
Bel Aire (2007)
Bel Aire is a large sectional title property development in Vorna Valley, Midrand. We sold close to 40 units in this development.
Sagewood Manor (2008)
Sagewood Manor is a full title, plot and plan property development based in Noordwyk, Midrand. We sold close to 50 homes for the property developer in less than 6 months.
Clearwater Eco Estate (2008)
Clearwater Eco Estate is located in Witbank. We assisted the developer to sell close to 30 homes in this full title development. This is the farthest we have ventured from home!
The Sparrows (2009)
The Sparrows is a new property development in Pretorius street, Vorna Valley which we sold off plan. The development consists of 22 sectional title stack apartments. We sold all the units with bond approvals in place over a period of 3 months.
The Starlings (2010)
The Starlings is an 80 unit sectional title development in 11th road, ERand (Midrand). We started marketing this development in January 2010 and sold out in June 2010! An achievement for recessionary times.

Mortgage Origination
Chilli Property has mortgage origination contracts with all the major banks. We deal will all origination in-house and therefore stay in control of our sales. We have excellent working relationships with bank consultants and get the job done quickly!
